Therefore, we host webinars and invite Alumni to share their experiences, ensuring that students receive valuable guidance for their career journeys. We collaborate with a variety of companies to provide our students with a solid foundation for their professional journey. Our mission is to equip students with necessary tools to launch their career.

How we prepare IUM students for the job market
The Career Center offer career counselling and personalized guidance by a team of councillors, students will complete a self-orientation and establish a closer connection between their academic studies
and professional goals. Counsellors deliver practical support in preparing students branding and self-selling strategy. Additionally, every program includes various internships opportunities in collaboration with a wide range of companies.

Career Counselling
Guided by a team of counselors, students will complete a self-orientation and establish a closer connection between their aptitudes and professional projects.
In class Career Seminar
Operational managers and HR managers present their company and their opportunities for fresh graduates.
Setting Career Goal Objectives
Students are required to attend an interview to assess their motivations and personalize the search based on their career goals.
Self Selling Techniques
Counselors deliver practical support in preparing students “Branding” and “Self-Selling Strategy.”
Internship opportunities
During each program, students have various internship opportunities.
Business Conferences
Every year, IUM students can participate in several conferences getting in contact with companies and international organizations to better understand the functional areas, career paths, and the job market trends.
Business Plan Competitions
Business plan competitions allow our students to apply the knowledge they acquire in class to real-world challenges, connecting them with alumni, academic professionals, and business leaders from all over the world.

The Career Week 2025 takes place in March 3-7 at IUM.

A dedicated Career Coach is available to help you assess your strengths and weaknesses, refine your interpersonal skills, navigate the job market, develop a strong CV, enhance your presentation skills, and effectively market yourself or pitch your business plan. Additionally, our Career and Professional Services department offers Career Days, Networking Events, and International Business Days, providing valuable professional guidance and support to help you succeed.

Thanks to small class sizes, students engage daily with managers and industry leaders through our strong partnerships with organizations such as Monaco Yacht Cluster, MonacoTech, and the Formula 1 Grand Prix, among others.
