…with Prada Spa!
Luiss Business School in Rome invited some of our MBA students to participate in their annual MBA International Week in collaboration with Prada Spa, the Italian luxury fashion house founded in 1913 by Mario Prada.
This MBA International Week was held in Rome, Italy, from September 13th to 17th, 2021.
How to innovate the sales spaces of Prada brand stores, strengthen customer relationships, and select new talent are the PRADA business case themes that tested 40 students from the best international Business Schools.
With this partnership we expect to have a lens, a perspective on the new consumer, leveraging the new generation of future talents.

We think that finding resources that can then represent the future of our Group means finding those who have passion for their work and for our company, curiosity, flexibility, and spirit of adaptation.

Tatiana Capriotti, Channa Cohn, Kateryna Merkulova, and Chiara Zucchetti, current MBA students, had the chance to work in teams guided by Prada representatives and Luiss Faculty on a business case on the transformative journey of the retail point of sale.
Participants also had a unique opportunity to visit the following divisions of Prada Group in Tuscany:
• production division and the development of Prada and Miu Miu leather goods collections;
• the warehouses for raw materials;
• the historical archives of the leather goods and footwear collection.
It was great meeting new students from all over the world, working together on behalf of Prada, getting to know more about this company, its history, and its products.The visit of the factory was stimulating. We had the chance to interact with the production side from a very privileged point of view. The visits to the warehouse and all the other departments were simply unique.I am really grateful to IUM for this occasion. I hope there will be more opportunities like the MBA International Week to improve and grow our skills of managers of the future, said Tatiana Capriotti.
The event was open to all MBA post-experience students (MBA full-time, MBA part-time, Executive MBA, Online MBA) and recently graduated MBA students.
