CURRICULUM
This track will concern the first two years of the bachelor’s program, and the specialization will affect the 3rd year.
During the first two years, students will acquire the business management fundamentals thanks to a progressive introduction to Microeconomics and Macroeconomics, International Relations, Project Management, Sales and Negotiations, and the Legal Environment of Business.
Moreover, they will be able to apply what they learned in class in a real professional immersion.
Finally, in the third year, these students will choose a specialization field between:

The Business Management track of the IUM BBA prepares students for a broad range of careers, including sales, human resources, entrepreneurship, retail, and general management. In today’s rapidly changing employment environment, having a more comprehensive knowledge of how businesses function and the ability to use data in a meaningful way can help you gain a competitive edge in the modern job market.
The possible entry-level manager positions are Client Services Manager, Sales Representative, Project Manager, Human Resources Manager, Staff Accountant, etc. in the Finance, Real Estate, Yachting, Hospitality, Events, and Luxury Industries.
Client Services Manager
Also known as customer care managers or client relations managers, client services managers handle and resolve client queries, develop strategies for improving customer services, train other client services staff, authorize refunds on products, maintain business relationships with existing clients, and bring new clients on board.
Project Manager
A project manager oversees different initiatives or projects of a business, monitors their progress and completion, and ensures that they meet clients’ expectations.
Sales Representative
Sales representatives present and sell products or services to organizations, businesses, or government agencies. They contact potential buyers, present products and services, answer questions and discuss pricing.
Human Resources Manager
Human resources managers supervise a company or organization’s hiring process, from recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new staff. They help connect executives with employees, build an employer brand, improve employee engagement, and build strategic talent resource plans.
