& IUM’S ENGAGEMENT IN THE FIELD
On October 12th, IUM welcomed Mrs. Claudia Batthyany, Project Manager of Monaco Capital of Advanced Yachting, and Mr. Gregory Benassi, General Secretary of Monaco Yachting Cluster. They presented Monaco’s initiatives to build an eco-responsible yachting sector and to strengthen the reputation of the Principality of Monaco as a center of excellence in the yachting sector.

A fruitfully Cooperation
Dr.Jean-Philippe Muller, Directeur Général, and Dean of IUM signed the Commitment Charter of Monaco Capital of Advanced yachting, stating that IUM is committed:
- to share the same code of ethics among the partners of ‘‘Monaco Capital of Advanced Yachting’’;
- to ensure the protection and high level of reputation of ‘‘Monaco Capital of Advanced Yachting’’;
- to give visibility to the activities of ‘‘Monaco Capital of Advanced Yachting’’ to participate in its promotion;
- to guarantee the durability and growth of the ‘‘Monaco Capital of Advanced Yachting’’ brand;
- to protect its partners and entities that support ‘‘Monaco Capital of Advanced Yachting’’, to guarantee its long-term future;
- to adhere to the concrete objectives of sustainable development established by the UN and to which the ‘‘Monaco Capital of Advanced Yachting’’ adheres.
IUM actively contributes to the Principality outreach in the yachting sector, through a yachting specialization track developed within its MSc in Luxury Management, in partnership with the Monaco Yachting Cluster, through a Yachting Challenge, promoting innovative start-ups in sustainable yachting through academic research, and a significant network of alumni working in the field.
